Raregen is committed to promoting the accessibility of real hair wigs, allowing more women worldwide to enjoy high-end human hair wig fashion. Based on our mission and trust in our customers, we offer a flexible 30-day hassle-free return policy (within 30 days from the shipping date). If you are dissatisfied with the wig’s color, cap size, comfort, or quality after purchase, you can submit a return request within 30 days of the shipping date without any return fees.

Eligible Products for Return or Exchange:

  • Products must remain in the same condition as when you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and free of any signs of wear, styling products, or odors).
  • All tags must be intact and the product must be in its original packaging.
  • The 30-day return and refund period starts from the shipping date. If you are dissatisfied with the product’s quality, please submit your return request within 30 days of the shipping date.
  • Once you submit a return request, you must return the unsatisfactory wig to our designated warehouse in the U.S. or the U.K. within one week. Otherwise, the refund request will be void.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Any products that have been altered, worn, washed, or damaged. For example:The front lace has been cut or damaged.The product has been worn or sprayed with styling products.The product is damaged or has been altered from its original condition.
  • Custom orders, clearance items, and gift gallery items.

  • For all customers in Europe and the United States, you do not need to bear any return shipping costs. Please ensure that the product packaging is intact, the wig lace is undamaged, and all tags are still attached. After applying for a return through the return center, we will provide you with a UK or US address for shipping. You can choose your preferred courier service and use the collect on delivery (COD) option. If you prepay for the shipping, we will reimburse the cost via PayPal. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within three business days.

  • For customers outside the Europe and the United States, returns must be sent to our warehouse in Hong Kong, and the shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.

  • Returned products will not be resold but will be donated free of charge to cancer patients and individuals with alopecia in need. To ensure a better experience for donation recipients, please confirm that the wig's cap size is comfortable and the color is satisfactory before removing tags or cutting the lace. Thank you for your support and understanding! We will process your return request within 12 hours. Once the request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. As soon as we confirm receipt of the returned wig, we will immediately refund your order amount to the original payment method.
