I have never ordered from this company and I wanted to know if I ordered how easy is it for a return if for some reason it doesn't fit and another quick question is there any pictures that show that actual density in a ponytail to see how thick it is I know it's low density but everybody companies different on their density I want a really low density wig my bio hair is very thin and I just don't want anything really thick I wanted to look as natural as possible and on the cap size I need a small my sir compass is a 20 to a 21 inch how would I go about ordering that size

I have written to you before and you quickly responded. I really can’t decide on whether to go blonde, which my hair naturally changes to whatever colour I dye it (as it’s quite porous) or brown. Really love this wig but my head is slightly smaller than the size it comes in. Will the back bit adapt or do I have to order a custom one. I did order a wig in small from another company about 6 months ago. They said I would be able to put my head upside down and shake and it would stay on but it fell off and felt loose just being on my head. So had to send it back. I’m so desperate to have a nice head of hair for Christmas
