      Hi! Of course, you can wear a Neo lace in a ponytail, though it may require a few styling tricks. A low ponytail is usually easier to achieve.

    • What should I do if I can\'t style the wig the same way as shown on the website?

      No worries! After placing your order, we will send personalized styling tips for each specific hairstyle via email. If you're still having trouble achieving the look, we recommend visiting a trusted hairstylist to help style the wig. We'll be happy to cover the styling fee for you.

    • Where do the wigs ship from?

      We ship from our warehouses in both the UK and Hong Kong. If the item is not in stock in the UK, your order will be fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse.

      Yes! You can part the hair either in the center or on the side, thanks to the 8x5 inch lace front cap design.

      Yes, you can wash them! However, to help preserve the color, we recommend limiting washes. When washing, use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner specifically designed for human hair wigs. Wash gently in cool water, avoiding twisting or rubbing the hair. Afterward, gently pat the wig with a towel to remove excess water and allow it to air dry on a wig stand to maintain its shape. To clean the cap, simply use a spray to freshen up the inside.

    • Is permanent dye or demi-permanent dye used on your Salon Colorist Wigs?

      All of our Salon Colorist Wigs are dyed using demi-permanent color, applied by our skilled colorists. With proper care, the color can last up to six months.
