What cap size am i?
Cap Size Guide:
Our wig collections offer different cap size options:
- NeoLace Series: Available in Medium and also offers custom sizing.
- BioLace & PureHand Series: Available in Medium and Small.
Please refer to the size chart and measurement tutorial below: How to measure my cap size.
The majority of our customers choose Medium. Small is recommended for petite heads or those experiencing hair loss. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size. All caps come with adjustable straps to tighten as needed.

Do you offer curly hair?
At the moment, we don’t offer naturally curly options.
But here’s the wonderful part—because we use only the finest human hair, it gives you the freedom to create your own look. With just a curling iron or other heat tool, you can shape the hair into soft waves or defined curls, perfectly suited to your personal style.
Can the wigs be dyed, permed, or styled?
Yes, they can be styled just like natural hair. We recommend using low heat tools and professional hair care products.
Do the wigs require special care?
We recommend using gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. After washing, let the wig air dry naturally and store it on a wig stand to maintain its shape.
Are Raregen wigs suitable for people with hair loss?
Absolutely. Our products are designed to meet a wide range of needs—from mild to severe hair loss, as well as for women who simply want to protect their natural hair.
